My shared ownership flat was a tough sell and a stressful long-term saga, especially after one buyer pulled out at the last minute due to the prospect of WW3! But Ellie not only stuck to the task, organising the various solicitors, housing associations etc involved in the process to bring it to a successful conclusion, she also kept us as updated and upbeat as possible along the way :) If I knew anyone selling a place in Chiswick or the surrounding area, I would 100% recommend they go straight to Winkworth’s and ask for Ellie - in my experience, you’ll be very glad you did!

All the staff were very helpful throughout with special mention to our main contact Rebecca who was brilliant with helping us get it over the line in a number of ways and a pleasure to deal with. If only all estate agents were this good!

I’ve recently rented my flat through Winkworth and I honestly can’t complain about anything. Particularly Helen Barker, who was my main point of contact through the entire renting application process, but the whole team are friendly and approachable. They were always quick to respond and very attentive- maintenance issues were sorted quicker than I’ve ever known (within a couple days!) thank you so much!
